| The cost of staging varies with each home, we can discuss your budget and work within it. |
| The initial consultation is $175.00. I will spend approximately 2 hours at your home taking pictures and making notes on what I recommend More and more real estate agents are covering this cost as part of their marketing package because they see the results of having their properties staged before putting them on the market but this is something you should discuss with your real estate agent. If your agent does not cover the cost then payment is due on completion of my consultation. Once I have completed the initial walk through I will prepare my recommendations and my estimate for the work to be done. This is where the pricing fluctuates depending on how much of the work you want me to do. I will provide you with a CSP Room Ready Handbook™ that will give detailed instructions of what I feel needs to be done. You can choose to do all of the work yourself, some of the work yourself and let me do the rest or I can do all of the work. We will set up an appointment to discuss my recommendations and decide on a plan of action. |
